Participation Requirements and Evaluation Measurements

The requirements for participating

1)      Students and academicians of faculty of medicine, health sciences, pharmacy, psychology, molecular biology and genetics can attend our congress as passive participant. Also medical doctors are welcome to our congress as passive participant.

2) Year 1-2-3-4-5-6 students from faculty of medicine can be active participant (for poster and oral presentation).Students of health sciences, pharmacy, psychology, molecular biology and genetics departments can also be active participant if their research subject is medical. (All studies that is going to be presented must belong to the students themselves)

3) Participants whose study had been previously published and/or have been awarded a prize in a congress can be invited for poster or oral presentation however their studies will not be evaluated for awarding. If a study was presented and evaluated in any national or international congress but not awarded, it will be evaluated for awarding. Such participants are kindly requested to inform the congress team about their situation before filling in the submission form.

4) Active presentations (poster and oral) must be in Turkish or English.

5) In order for registration to be valid, participants should make a deposit of 

10 $ participation fee until 17th of February

15 $ participation fee after 17th of February to the bank account given below.

Note: There should be your name, surname and "EMIMCS 2017 participation fee" expression in the description part of the receipt.!!!
