All abstracts will be subjected to peer review and evaluation by an expert committee of academicians based on quality and impact of the study. Every abstract that has been approved will be treated equally. Our expert committee will evaluate all the abstracts anonymously (they neither will know your name, nor your gender, university and country). The selection will be carry out by our expert committee so we cannot answer your questions about why your abstract has been selected or not.

Acceptance/Refusal

All active participants will be notified by official letter of acceptance or refusal  after the submission deadline, 12 May 2022. Also, you will be notified if you will be presenting based on your first choice-oral or poster until 16 May 2022. Those who are refused to take part as active participants are able to come (without paying extra money) as passive participants.
