Participation in our congress requires a fee, and there are 3 different options you can choose from. These options vary depending on whether you would like to receive a daily meal service during the congress. The pricing is as follows:
Participants who do not wish to receive daily meal service: TL
Participants who wish to receive meal service for only one day: TL
Participants who wish to receive meal service for two days: TL
Please transfer your congress participation fee to the IBAN number provided below before filling out the registration form until May 20, 2026. Once the payment is completed, make sure to upload the payment receipt in the relevant section of the form.
If you decide to cancel your participation, you must inform us via the contact details listed below by May 21, 2026, at the latest. Refund requests submitted after this date will not be accepted. Thank you for your attention.
