Registration Dates

Registration is open from until May 9, 2026, at 23.59.
All participants must complete the registration form before the deadline.

Participation Fee

Participation in our congress requires a fee. There are three options available depending on your preference for meal service:

🔹 Without meal service: TL
🔹 With meal service for one day: TL
🔹 With meal service for two days: TL

Please transfer your congress participation fee to the IBAN number provided below before completing the registration form, and no later than May 20, 2025.

Once your payment is completed, upload the payment receipt in the corresponding section of the registration form.

💡 Important: Your registration will be confirmed only after we receive both your registration form and payment receipt.

Types of Registration

Active Participant: Will present an oral or poster presentation.
Passive Participant: Will attend without presenting.
- Includes group members who do not present
- Includes audience-only attendees

📌 Each participant can present only one abstract as an active participant. If listed on multiple accepted abstracts, the remaining presentations must be given by co-authors.

Certificates

All registered participants will receive a Certificate of Attendance.
Active participants will also receive a Certificate of Presentation.
