Participation in the congress requires a registration fee. Three options are available depending on your preference for meal services.
All registration options include access to the full scientific program, congress materials, coffee breaks, and workshops.
The pricing is as follows:
🔹 Standard Registration (no meal service): 500 TL
Includes access to all sessions, congress materials, coffee breaks, and workshops.
🔹 One-Day Meal Package: 750 TL
Includes all standard registration benefits plus meal service for one day.
🔹 Two-Day Meal Package: 1000 TL
Includes all standard registration benefits plus meal service for both days.
Please transfer your congress participation fee to the IBAN number provided below before completing the registration form, and no later than May 9, 2026.
In the description of the receipt, please write: [NAME] [SURNAME] "DAUTOK REG FEE" so that there is no confusion.
Once your payment is completed, upload the payment receipt in the corresponding section of the registration form.
💡 Important: Your registration will be confirmed only after we receive both your registration form and payment receipt.
Active Participant: Will present an oral or poster presentation.
Passive Participant: Will attend without presenting.

📌 Each participant can present only one abstract as an active participant. If listed on multiple accepted abstracts, the remaining presentations must be given by co-authors.

Certificates
All registered participants will receive a Certificate of Attendance.
Active participants will also receive a Certificate of Presentation, which includes the title of the study and the names of all contributing authors.
