Fill Out the Active Participation Form

A participant who will present their research through an oral or poster presentation should fill-in this form.

• If the project/research is an individual study, the presenter registers as an active participant.
• If the project/research is a group study, only the group member who will present should register as an active participant.

IMPORTANT:
Before completing the application form, please make sure to visit the Payment and Refund page to review the congress participation fees.
Applications submitted without a valid proof of payment uploaded in the “Receipt Upload” section of the form will not be considered.
