Accurate interpretation of radiological images plays a crucial role in the diagnostic process. This workshop covers fundamental radiology knowledge and systematic approaches to film reading. Participants will strengthen their clinical decision-making skills by evaluating chest X-rays, abdominal radiographs, and bone structures through common clinical scenarios. The training aims to blend theoretical knowledge with practical application.
In vitro fertilization (IVF), one of the assisted reproductive techniques in infertility treatment, requires both theoretical understanding and precise practical skills. This workshop covers the key stages of the IVF process, laboratory procedures, and patient management. Participants will gain insights into the tools, methods, and ethical considerations involved, while also experiencing the process through clinical examples.
The high levels of stress and concentration demands in medical practice can directly affect a physician’s mental well-being. This workshop aims to enhance participants’ mindfulness skills by helping them stay present and increase inner awareness. Breathing exercises, body awareness practices, and short meditation techniques will be used to support mind-body integration. The activity is designed to create a space for healthcare professionals to preserve their own well-being.
In this engaging and intellectually stimulating workshop, participants will collaborate in teams to solve a fictional murder case. Drawing inspiration from real-life forensic science and investigative methods, the activity challenges participants to analyze clues, interview characters, and piece together evidence to identify the perpetrator. Blending fun with critical thinking, this interactive session strengthens analytical reasoning and teamwork—skills that are equally valuable in medical practice.
Shrinky Dinks offer a playful introduction to material science and creativity. In this workshop, participants will draw or trace medical-themed or personalized designs onto shrinkable plastic sheets, then observe the transformation as heat reduces them to durable, miniature art pieces. This session provides a fun, nostalgic way to unwind and take home custom keychains, badges, or tokens.
This workshop introduces participants to the centuries-old art of woodblock printing. Through guided instruction, students will carve their own designs into wooden plates and print them on paper. The session promotes artistic expression while offering a relaxing and mindful break from academic intensity. Attendees will leave with their own handcrafted prints and a new appreciation for traditional art techniques.
In this hands-on workshop, participants will learn basic jewelry design techniques and have the chance to create their own bracelets, necklaces, or keychains. The focus will be on color harmony, material selection, and simple knotting methods, encouraging personal creativity. At the end of the session, participants will be able to take home a piece they crafted themselves.
Understanding anatomy is foundational in medical education, and this workshop offers a creative and tactile way to explore it. Participants will use play dough to sculpt various organs, enhancing their spatial awareness and retention of anatomical structures. The hands-on experience is designed to reinforce theoretical knowledge in a fun, interactive format, fostering both creativity and collaborative learning.
