Terms of Participation


🔹 Who can participate?

Our congress is open to all medical students as well as undergraduate students studying in related disciplines such as health sciences, biomedical engineering, and molecular biology and genetics.

In addition, researchers, academicians, and anyone interested in attending keynote speeches, student presentations, or career talks are welcome to join the congress as participants or audience members.

Please note that student presentations are not required to be related to the main theme of the congress. Submissions on a wide range of medical or health-related topics are welcome.


🔹 Types of Participation

Participants can join the congress through the following formats:

🔹 Presenter (Active Participant)
A participant who presents their research through an oral or poster presentation.

  • If the project is an individual study, the presenter registers as an active participant.

  • If the project is a group study, only the group member who will present should register as an active participant.

  • Fill in the Active Participant Form

🔹Passive Participant

  • In group studies, team members who contribute but do not present must register as passive participants.

  • Additionally, anyone who does not present but wants to attend the congress as an audience member must register as a passive participant.

  • Fill in the Passive Participant Form


✅ All registered participants will receive a certificate of attendance.
Presenters will also receive a certificate of presentation.


📌 Additional Note – Multiple Abstracts Policy

A participant may be listed as an author on more than one submission. However, each individual may present only one abstract as an active participant (oral or poster).
If a participant is listed on multiple accepted abstracts, the remaining presentations must be delivered by co-authors registered as active participants.
