Participation Requirements and Evaluation Measurements

The requirements for participating

1) Year 1-2-3-4-5-6 students from faculty of medicine  and also pre-medical students can be active participants (for poster and oral presentations). 

2) All studies that are going to be presented must  be original and belonging to the students themselves!

3) Participants whose study had been previously published and/or have been awarded a prize in a congress can be invited for poster or oral presentation however their studies will not be evaluated for awarding. If a study was presented and evaluated in any national or international congress but not awarded, it will be evaluated for awarding. Such participants are kindly requested to inform the congress team about their situation prior to their abstract submission.

4) Active presentations (poster and oral) must be in either English or Turkish.

5) Deadline for applications: 12th May 2022. 

6) You should send your abstracts to abstract.emu@gmail.com after you are done with your registiration. Deadline is 12th May 2022.
